Very good product

The Natures head toilet shipped quickly. The install went well. The only complaint I have is the COCO packs weren't shipped with the toilet. When I got the toilet delivered I had to call. Idid findout that they wouldbe shipping later. DId recieve them a week later. Customer service is good.

Compost fiber would be nice

Didn't receive composting fiber or book as was offered in order
Need more info on extended warranty also
It would help to use the toilet with it (composting fiber)
Everything else did deliver

Life saver

I ordered this for my Aunt and Uncle because they had to set up in my driveway with their 5th wheel. They had a sewer leak and I had to transport the waste via a portable tank.
