It's the best purchase I have ever made for a washer/dryer. I searched for a while because I needed something small and compact for the space where the washer/dryer would be located. I also liked that the dryer uses a standard 110v plug. Shop Tiny Houses web site was easy to navigate and had no issues with the purchase. I got an email from them when my items shipped. It was very personalized, and I was surprised that it was a video made especially for me. I got my washer/dryer within a week of my purchase. I had no issues with the carrier. I signed up for updates with the carrier and I was updated every step of the way while my items were in transit up until it was delivered.
Again, I am in love with this washer and dryer.
I had a set of these previously when I owned and lived in a fifth wheel. There are a other cheaper alternatives out there, but when I moved into a tiny house, I had to have another set of Spendide.
Received a damaged unit and customer support arranged for replacement unit immediately. I can’t say enough about how wonderful these folks are to work with. I would absolutely recommend them and would buy from them again

The splendid washer and dryer works beautifully, quiet and smooth, and the loads were actually much larger than we had thought.

The dry flush toilet simply eliminates the burden of disposing of waste in the traditional sense. It lenghtens the time one can boondock/mooch dock as well. The gell powder is the secret ingredient. It comes in mighty handy at 2 o'clock in the morning when the pee bottle is already full ! Good job Laveo in replicating the "at home" comfort of an away fom home adventure. ck
This Spendide washer/dryer is fantastic!! I shopped a looong time to make sure I wasn't getting an appliance that did not work well. This washer dryer is very quiet, holds more than a compact washer/dryer, I'm able to get a nice size load in. The dryer dries very quickly. It has exceeded my expectations!! I highly reccommend these to anyone in a small/tiny home

The unit was as I expected. The (super pack) was missing any coco hair blocks. I reported this to your team and a few days later 2 blocks arrived in the mail. The advertisement said it included 5 bricks of coco hair. I suspect the remaining product will arrive soon. Unit appears to be everything advertised otherwise. Have not installed it yet but plan to do so next week.

The product itself is pretty. However, I have not had a chance to use it because I can't install it. I gave 2 stars because this website says "expert support", but customer support can't answer basic installation questions and redirect me to Splendide directly. I should have bought through Splendide then or Lowe's. At least with Lowe's you get free installation. I also had to go pick up my items from the warehouse because you do not get shipping notifications, so I was not home when they tried to deliver. Overall, the experience of getting and installing the product has been abysmal and customer support has not been helpful -- in some cases downright condescending telling me how easy it is to install or "the paperwork says." To make matters worse, returns/refunds are a pain -- read the refund policy before you purchase. Sometimes it's better to go with a major retailer. And last, thr vent installation was not included with the order, so I am stalled completely on using the equipment because I have to wait to buy that. But I will be buying it through another vendor, not ShopTinyHouses.

I find the different choices a little confusing not sure if its me or the directions. HAHA. Keep looking for dryer vent to clean it.
its pretty cool,definitely does what it says it'll do.
Seems to leak between uses into the next "bowl" which causes me to waste a flush because well ya can't have that...for the cost per cartridge thats a real downer..I've watched videos and trouble shot...bought the powder and only use recommended amount and third cartridge in and its still happening.
