These little machines work really well for our tiny space. We love the washer/ dryer stack units. They work just as good as a stack units. They work just as good as a regular home unit. We were very impressed by how quiet they are. We are verv happv so far.

The ordering and delivery process were great. The units are sturdy looking and a great fit for our small walk in closet. But the washer did leak during it's third use and I sent an e-mail the company which went unanswered. So, I'll submit my review as a 3 for the time being. Hopefully we won't get any more leaks, but I am disappointed that I never received a reply to my outreach.

The installation is so easy it’s ridiculous. You would have a very hard time not being able to install one of these.
I’m sure everybody’s household has the tools that you need to do this. I still have to vent it to the outside, but that’s a very easy process.
Let’s hope it works as well as it says I will not know until spring. But all indications lead me to believe that everything will be fine.
I would like to know, however, where I could pick up a long connection hose for the propane tank. Do you have them available?

Well built. Easy to install. Well thought out. Haven't emptied it yet so can't comment on that yet. So far it has been a game changer compared to our out house, especially since winter arrived.
Very happy with my unit. Just fits after the dryer vent installed. Many dials but all explained in book. Washer not noisy except 1-2 min when it spins. After reading manual I learned how to dry. Washed sweatshirt and other clothes and dried in 20 min on auto dry and press hot button. You might want to buy extra piece for vent cause my installer had to buy something to reach even though I had a vent. I hope my washer outlives me. So far so good.
I am just waiting to try my new SPLENDIDE Washer and dryer. The area where it will be set up is in the works.
The ONLY thing keeping this from a five star was the shipping. Said it was supposed to be delivered Tuesday...got a call Tuesday, they didn't want to send their driver out so they scheduled delivered for the following Tuesday. No call or anything after that then an eighteen wheeler shows up on MONDAY and tried to make me feel bad for not being ready for them. Then the driver REFUSES to unload my delivery in my house stating he was worried his truck would get stuck. I live on a vacant five acre lot, my husband drives an eighteen wheeler on several times a week. Delivery people sucked!

I bought these units and had them stacked for my small space. They are both workhorses. Love these machines. Hope they last for a long time.
It was delivered in excellent condition, and does a better job cleaning clothes than the huge Maytag I used to run with. It does a great job drying even though it’s only 110v. And its so quiet that if the hollow core door between me and it is closed, I can’t even it hear it washing and drying, and just barely during spin cycle. Easy to operate and with actual switches and knobs and not those touch pad electronics that always go bad and cost a fortune to replace, if you even can find the parts. Time will tell about the durability, but the units seem robustly made and of high quality. Thus far, I have seldom been as satisfied with a purchase.
Every stackable set I could find had between 11 and 20% negative reviews. This unit had none, although it was not widely distributed and so very few sources of feedback, so I rolled the dice and bought it because it was the perfect size for my application. It came well packed and I like the fit and finish. And especially I like the total Lack of those touchpad electronics that always go bad so quickly on every other appliance. These have nice robust Knobs. First and foremost, the washer does a better job cleaning than the full size washers I have had in the past. I was concerned that the 110V dryer might not dry very fast, but in general the dryer has finished drying a load before the washer is done washing when I set it on high and auto dry. And finally, let’s talk noise. What noise? This thing was obviously designed for folks who have to live in close quarters with the thing running. It is extremely quiet. I have mine in the studio proper, just the other side of a cheap uninsulated door between that and my living space, and with the door closed I can barely make out when it is running, usually only when the washer is in a spin cycle. All-in-all, I have seldom been as pleased with 2k disappearing from my wallet. It was money well spent. Now to find out if it is as durable as I hope.

Let me start with the shipping: we ordered them on a Tuesday night, and we had them up and running by Friday night. Their customer service was great, and transparent about the whole process. And the shipping company they used were great, too! Now, onto the machines. They’re wonderful. Just perfect. They fit into our small space like a glove, and they work like a dream! We had actually ordered a combo washer/dryer from the Home Depot, and when we received it, it was destroyed in shipping. I was just about to give up hope until we came across this website. And as God tends to do, when He closes one door, He opened up another. Thank you for providing such amazing service, craftmanship, and quality! We are in awe!
We had to rig an anchor to the stacked unit because when the spin cycle came on, I had to stop it from vibrating into the next room! Once we did that, it's great.
We bought the separate Washer and dryer for our 5th Wheel RV, because we are staying in Montana for the next 6 months, and boy am I happy I did! It's very quiet, fit perfect in the laundry closet, and makes my life a whole lot easier, as I can do a load of laundry anytime I want! The company that I bought it from was extra nice, sending a confirmation email immediately after ordering and then the next day, they sent me a personal video explaining the ordering and shipping process, that alone made me feel so special!!!!
