We’ve had our Biolet toilet for 15 years in our tiny Northern Michigan cabin. Ours doesn’t have the heating function but is vented with a fan & looks just like the one pictured. It’s still working great, never smells & is easy to manage. We don’t worry about maintenance during winter when we aren’t there but do keep the fan running. Friends & family are still fascinated with the fact that it has zero odor.

I misunderstood the installation process. Liquids have to be connected to sone pipe system.
I have had this for about 2 weeks and so far I love the units! I have a very small space to work with, and was worried about the lack of options to fit the space, but this unit fits, is quiet, has great wash cycle options, and the dryer is much more efficient than the one I was replacing.
The other thing that really stands out is the best customer service, delivery, and purchasing experience. I live in a remote location and deliveries of anything takes two weeks. The delivery of this was faster than I can get anything from Amazon, I was shocked! The entire experience was so easy, clear, and as promised. I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was, thank you Shop Tiny Houses!

Initial impression… kind of a let down
The product doesn’t come with the plug needed to operate the fan. I guess i should have read the fine print. It does come with wires and a fuse (see picture)… so if i were McGyver I’d be all set :). Anyway seems like you might provide a plug. Instead I’m waiting on a plug (which is an additional 47$). Reminds me of kids toys that don’t come with batteries. USB-C would have been great too… then one less plug in the landfill (just a thought)
Still waiting on the plug I ordered from Amazon after I received your product… so I have no idea if it actually works

I bought one of these unts many years ago. I am very pleased with it. It has withstood pleanty of use. Very well constructed, design is great. Only change i made is switching spider hande and vent fan to opposite side to fit my camper. A BIG Thank You.
I ordered on a Tuesday evening and by Thursday morning the delivery driver was ready to deliver. I’m in Arizona and the washer and dryer came from California. Thee washer and dryer were on a pallet and well packeged. I received communication from one of Tiny Hoses co-owners; which is impressive! Tiny Houses has a customer service ACTION that is exemplary.
