The Eccotemp FVI12 - LP Tankless Water Heater is an indoor tankless water heater. Propane fired, this water heater is made for small to medium hot water production for places where you need more than one hot water application at the same time. Great for vacation cabins, cottages, and smaller homes, The Eccotemp FVI12 offers a 45 degree Fahrenheit temperature rise when operating at maximum flow capacity. It only pulls 2 watts while idle and 10 watts during operation, which is perfect for when energy conservation is a top priority.

2.5" to 3" Stainless Steel Adapter
Included in the Eccotemp FVI12-LP bundle is the stainless steel adapter. You can use it with the Eccotemp FVI12 taking it from a 2.5" to a standard 3" system, making the total length 6". Note, you might need to buy a straight pipe piece with a back flow preventer. This ensures that freezing air does not come back through the vent pipe.
Eccotemp Vertical Vent Kit 3"
This vent kit is supplied with all the necessary component for quick and seamless installation. You will need to purchase additional Z-Vent straight pipe. You will also need to determine how many additional feet as well as a need for condensation drain. Also remember A max vent run of 20 ft, subtracting 4 ft for every 90 degree elbow in the run. The vertical kit includes the following:
- (1) Rain cap
- (1) 3" Top support/Storm collar
- (1) 3" Adjustable roof flashing (specify either normal or steep flashing)
- (1) 3" Universal applicance adapter
