Order Confirmation:

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email.  This means that we have received your order in our system.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and ready for shipment.  If your item happens to be on backorder, or is otherwise unavailable, we will let you know via email.  Once your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will ship the order.

Order Shipment:

Your order will ship within the lead time we have posted on the product page.  We will email you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.  If you do not receive tracking information from us by 3 days after the lead time posed on the product page has elapsed, feel free to follow up with us at sales@ShopTinyHouses.com.

Most orders will be shipped by FedEx or UPS. Small items may be delivered by the US Postal Service or by the US Postal Service via FedEx Smartpost or UPS Surepost. Larger items may be delivered via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or Truck Freight. Items shipping via Truck Freight are clearly marked on our website and catalog. Some special orders may require 2 to 6 weeks depending on the item.

Some large or heavy items require additional shipping and handling charges due to the bulky nature of these products. If an item requires additional shipping and handling charges we will clearly mark this requirement on our website and in our catalog. In most cases, we charge a "flat" rate to ship these items.

Free shipping applies to orders totaling over $99 shipped to a final destination within the contiguous 48 states of the United States. Certain items do not qualify for free shipping regardless of order total. Items that do not qualify for free shipping will be clearly marked on our website. International Orders:

International Orders (except Canada) require special processing. When you are entering an International Order, please complete all the necessary information. We will get a shipping quote from one of our International shippers. We will contact you with the final charges for approval. The order will not be shipped or charged unless it is confirmed by you. Please note: You will be responsible for any applicable taxes and/or duties that will need to be paid upon delivery.

Canadian Orders: We do not ship directly to Canada, however, we will ship to a US-based freight forwarder of your choice! We recommend you first contact the desired freight forwarder to obtain their shipping and receiving processes. You will be responsible for all duties and tariffs on Canadian shipments, along with coordinating with the freight forwarder for delivery to final destination. Please call (888) 467-5447 for assistance, otherwise enter the shipping address provided by your US-based freight forwarder.

Damages:

ALL SHIPMENT SHOULD BE INSPECTED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. DAMAGED PACKAGES SHOULD BE REFUSED. If you notice any damage, you should note it on the freight bill when signing for delivery.  If your product is defective or sustains damage during shipping, please contact us at sales@ShopTinyHouses.com right away. Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed.

If delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier’s bill. After contacting the carrier, please call ShopTinyHouses.com Customer Service at (888) 467-5447 for further assistance with the damaged shipment. Please note, signing for your delivery without noting any damages or inability to inspect the delivery on the relevant paperwork legally states that you have received your freight in good condition and ShopTinyHouses.com cannot be held liable for any damages, missing pieces, etc. that may be incurred as a result of this decision. Leaving a note or instructions for the driver is considered to be the same as signing for your products in good condition. If you authorize the freight company to leave freight without a signature, ShopTinyHouses.com cannot be held liable for any damages, missing pieces, etc. that may be incurred as a result of this decision. Cancellations & Refunds:

To cancel an order, reply to the confirmation email you received when you placed your order online. Just tell us why you need to cancel and we will process it as soon as we can.  All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee, regardless of whether your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the credit card that you used when placing your order minus a 10% restocking fee.*

How do I return a product?

If you want to return an item, please send an email to Returns@ShopTinyHouses.com.

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days** of the receipt of your product.  The product must be returned unused in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns of used products.  You should also provide us with a receipt of your purchase and a reason for returning the item.

Please note that you cannot return an item without a valid return authorization number.

You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping to the address given at the time you receive your RMA. In addition, there will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned products.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, ShopTinyHouses.com will issue a refund for the full amount (minus restocking fees) to the credit card used for the purchase only.

 * A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied for all Aqua2Use and Dry Flush products

** For all Emergency Water Well products, the item must be returned within 10 days for receiving the product. All other conditions above apply.

  • I have an older RV that is not Zamp solar ready. How do I charge the batteries with the solar panels?

    You can use the alligator clips that come with the unit to charge your batteries. You can also purchase a Zamp Solar Ready port and install it in your RV. If you chose to install the Zamp Solar Ready port, then you would just simply use the connector that also comes with to plug into the port. 

  • Just wanting to verify that this will include everything I need and all I will have to do is just plug it into my 2017 Rockwood Freedom tent trailer? Oh, the tent trailer has a sign on it stating it is Zamp Solar ready.

    Yes, if your tent trailer says that it is Zamp Solar ready then this system is all you need.   

  • Does the 45 watt solar unit require a controller?

    This unit comes with a charge controller already attached.

  • I have a small teardrop trailer. How do you select the right size panel?

    Depending on how long your stays are, you can use any of the systems. However, for weekend stays it is recommended to use the 45 watt portable system. For longer off grid stays, it is recommended to use the 90 watt portable system.

  • Can I use this system for a furrion plug on my new camper. 2021 Wolf pup?

  • How long of cable comes with your 45 watt kit

    It comes with a 15foot cable.

  • I have a 2008 Montana Mountaineer. What would I have to do to hook up a Zamp solar unit to my trailer?

    If your Mountaineer doesn't have the Zamp Ready Port, you have two options to use these panels with your trailer. You can use the clamp system that comes with the Zamp Portable systems. These are like battery clamps that just connect directly to your battery. The other option is to purchase the Zamp Ready Port and install it on the side of your trailer. Once this is installed, you simply use the other plug that comes with the Zamp Portables to connect it to the Zamp Ready Port.

  • I have a 2019 Sierra 5th wheel. It's already wired with a zamp 30 amp controller. What would I need to buy to install solar on the roof? And how easy is it to install?

    If you already have the amp controller, you can just get the Zamp Solar Expansion Kit. You may also need a 3 port roof camp assembly, but you may already have one on your roof.

    It is pretty easy to install you just need to have wire it and mount it onto your roof.

  • I have a 2019 micro Minnie with the damp port. Do I need to buy more than the panel.

    No, you don't need to buy more than the panel. If you have a Zamp port all you need is the solar charging system.

  • I have a Grand Design 5th wheel with built in Furrion 10amp Battery Charger Port. Does the Zamp Solar panel work with the Furrion port and does it comes with the connector to use with the built in Furrion port?

    In order to use a Zamp Solar panel with a Furrion port you need to buy the Zamp to Furrion adapter cable , https://www.shoptinyhouses.com/collections/zamp-solar/products/zamp-solar-to-furrion-adapter-cable

    With that cable you can use a Zamp portable panel with your Furrion port.

  • I have an oxygen concentrator and want to camp off grid what do you suggest for my 26 foot trailer?

    The 140 Watt portable Zamp is a good unit to use. Of course if you want a faster charge for that "just in case" the 180 Watt portable is also a good unit to go with.

  • I have a 5th wheel camper and I am looking for a solar system to keep the one 12v battery charged while boondocking. I have a gas fridge ,gas water heater ,propane detector and water pump all requireing 12 volt power. All lights are led . We are are very conservative on power usage but do not want to go the bare minimum when it comes to buying a charging system, but don't want to over buy either. Any advise would be helpfull.

    Zamp has solar sizing chart based on the size of the RV and the number of batteries.

I bought this Zamp Solar 140watt system from Shop Tiny Houses for an 18 foot camp trailer. The system exceeded my expectations. I was able to use the system for the first time on a 9 day excursion. Some days in complete sun and some days in sideways rain with strong winds. With that being said the unit maintained a complete charge on my battery. I was extremely pleased with the panels and the easy setup! I usually have to run my generator several times throughout an extensive camping trip. This was the first time I only used my generator 2 times at 20 minutes to top off my charge and those were on the extremely rainy cloud covered sky. This is the best investment I have made to improve my camping excursions in a long time!
