The water heater is ignited with the 2 "D" cell batteries, making it available for use off-grid where electricity is not always available. The ideal operating range for the Eccotemp EL5 Portable Tankless Water Heater is 20-80 PSI. This system also works great with modified water systems, such as a 12 volt pump.
Eccotemp EccoFlo
The Eccotemp Eccoflo is a portable compact water pump. Assembled with the strainer, the Eccoflo allows pressurized water wherever you need it. With the Eccoflo you can pull water from a creek to your Eccotemp Portable Tankless Water Heater and you can transfer liquids from one area to another. The EccoFlo is compatible with Eccotemp's EL5, EL7, and L10. The Eccoflo pump is self priming, which means it allows the pump to safely run dry without any damage. The compatible strainer included in this package is designed with a 20-mesh stainless steel screen made to keep out unwanted bugs and dirt in your water. With power using just a 12V, the water pump and strainer can be used wherever you need.
